Welcome to JB Cabs, your trusted taxi service in Aurangabad. Before you proceed with booking a cab, we request you to carefully read our Terms and Conditions. By booking a ride with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Booking and Confirmation

How to Book a Taxi?

  • Customers can book a taxi by calling +91-8446565611, sending a WhatsApp message, or emailing jbcabs.com@gmail.com.

  • Online and advance bookings are subject to availability.

  • A confirmation message will be sent after successful booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up without any cancellation charges.

  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a minimum cancellation fee.

  • No refund will be provided for no-show or last-minute cancellations.

Modification of Bookings

  • Changes to an existing booking (date, time, or destination) should be requested at least 3 hours in advance.

  • Modifications are subject to vehicle availability.

2. Pricing and Payment

Transparent Fare Structure

  • Fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, and route.

  • Toll charges, parking fees, and state taxes (if applicable) are additional.

  • Night-time charges (10 PM - 6 AM) may apply.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash payments are accepted at the end of the ride.

  • Customers can also pay via UPI, net banking, and mobile wallets.

  • Corporate clients can request monthly billing options.

3. Ride Policies & Passenger Guidelines

Safety Guidelines

  • All passengers must wear seat belts throughout the journey.

  • Customers should avoid carrying flammable or illegal substances in the cab.

  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol/drugs inside the cab is strictly prohibited.

Luggage Policy

  • Standard luggage allowance: One cabin bag + one check-in bag per passenger.

  • Extra luggage may be subject to additional charges.

Behavior & Conduct

  • Rude or inappropriate behavior with drivers will not be tolerated.

  • If a customer misbehaves, JB Cabs holds the right to terminate the ride immediately.

4. Responsibilities of JB Cabs

Our Commitments

  • We ensure well-maintained vehicles for a comfortable ride.

  • We provide trained and licensed drivers.

  • We adhere to punctuality but are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

  • JB Cabs will not be liable for lost luggage, delays due to road conditions, or any accidents caused due to external factors.

  • Compensation, if any, is at the sole discretion of JB Cabs.

5. Special Terms for Outstation Trips

  • Minimum Distance Charges apply for outstation trips.

  • Interstate travel may require permits or special approvals, and customers will bear such costs.

  • The driver's food and stay allowance will be applicable for long trips.

6. Airport Pick-up and Drop-off Policy

  • Customers should share flight details to ensure timely pick-up.

  • If a flight is delayed, the waiting time beyond 30 minutes will be charged extra.

  • Customers must be at the pick-up point at the scheduled time to avoid extra waiting charges.

Complaint Handling
